Know About Basics of Cancer

Cancer is an abnormal growth of body cells or group of cells. If this is not destroyed or removed, it can spread rapidly and eventually lead to death. There are uncountable of cells in a human body and they grow in a fixed pattern. When the cancer reaches them then it starts multiplying haphazardly and form a kind of ‘tumor’.

Today cancer treatment India is at par with international level. Usually there two kinds of tumor which are Malignant and Benign but the latter one is more common and is harmless because it does not spread to the other parts of the body.

A malignant tumor on other hand never ceases to grow till it is treated and it can spread to other parts of the body.

According to a reputed cancer surgery hospital India, it is not contagious or infectious. It usually spreads in three ways which are follows; the cancer cells grow through the walls of the blood vessel and are carried to the blood stream to other parts of the body.

They can also enter through the lymphatic stream and spread to the lymphatic gland. Cancer can grow directly from one tissue to another.
